Several cars were wrecked in a chaotic collision that occurred at the Market Basket supermarket parking lot in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened approximately at 9:20 a.m. in the Market Basket shopping center located at 460 Elm Street.
The video footage from the location displayed one car lying on its side and at least two others severely wrecked. A significant number of law enforcement and emergency response vehicles arrived at the site promptly. Additionally, several ambulances were present; however, it wasn’t instantly evident whether anybody had sustained critical injuries.
This woman mentioned that her brakes were malfunctioning,” stated witness Joshua Richey. “She kept attempting to apply them, over and over. Somehow she became airborne, collided with another vehicle… This was unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed.
Richey mentioned that he was entering the plaza with a companion to grab some coffee when he witnessed the accident happening. He stated that he assisted in extracting a woman from the upside-down car, and she seemed fine.
